Private Pilots

Private pilots can easily land at The Bight airport, which is 5,000 feet paved. The airport operates at all times under visual flight rules. Customs is available 9:00 am - 5:00pm.

Where is Cat Island

Cat Island is the sixth largest of the more than 700 Bahamian Islands flung like jewels in the subtropical sea southeast of the United States, Cat stretches about 50 miles from north to south, some 325 miles off the Florida coast. The Atlantic Ocean lies to its east and Exuma Sound on the west. By plane, it is about an hour from Nassau.
