The duplex is located a short distance from the clubhouse and is perfect for families with small children. There are two upstairs bedrooms, passing thru the smaller loft bedroom with a queen size bed you enter the master bedroom with a king size bed, day bed and enclosed bathroom. Both rooms are fully airconditioned. Downstaris there is a full kitchen, living room, dining area, signature garden bath and large sliding glass doors that open to a private terrace with excelent ocean views.
